Teresa Hackett, EIFL Copyright and Libraries Programme Manager, will take part in a seminar on the proposed WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Broadcast Treaty.

The seminar,  hosted by Knowledge Ecology International, is titled Appraising the WIPO Broadcast Treaty and its Implications on Access to Culture, and will feature speakers with diverse perspectives. Teresa will address a panel on 4 October 2018 that evaluates proposed limitations and exceptions in the draft WIPO Broadcast Treaty.

The seminar takes place at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva.
