Public Benefits Organization (ANBI)

Dutch tax authorities recognise Stichting as a Public Benefit Organisation (Dutch: Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling, ANBI). Natural and legal persons making donations to an ANBI registered organisation may deduct their gifts from their Dutch income tax or corporate income tax.
