Thousands of women and youth in communities across Uganda have learnt to use computers and the internet through the 'Digital skills @ your local library' project.

Ugne Lipeikaite, Impact Manager for the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) and EIFL's partner, the National Library of Uganda, will travel to Western Uganda to discuss results and future sustainability of the ‘Digital skills and inclusion through libraries in Uganda’ project with libraries and local authorities.
