Ugne Lipeikaite, EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme Impact Manager, will speak at the third Ibero-American Conference for School and Public Libraries. The theme of the conference is ‘For the renewal of the library agenda in Latin America’. Lipeikaite’s presentation takes place on 28 June, during a panel discussion on the question, ‘What is needed to innovate in libraries?’.
