Repository managers who are involved in Paper Pledge for the Planet are invited to participate in catch-up meetings to track progress and exchange experiences of reaching out to authors to make their articles open. Two meetings, hosted by EIFL and COAR (the Confederation of Open Access Repositories) have been scheduled on the same day, but at different times, to accommodate different time zones:
