Over 25 public librarians and Serbian public library managers will attend a four-day EIFL workshop that aims to build public library advocacy and communications skills and develop a national strategy to help shape the development of new public library services in Serbia.

This is the second workshop organized by the EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) in collaboration with the National Library of Serbia. The first workshop took place in Belgrade in May 2016.
