The 28th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) will meet in Geneva from 30 June - 4 July 2014. EIFL is represented by Inta Miklūna, EIFL-IP coordinator in Latvia, and the Legal Advisor at the Culture Information Systems Centre.

After a controversial end to the last session, we hope that Member States will continue important discussions on libraries and archives, and can agree on future work of the Committee. Here is a link to the Working Document on libraries and archives.
