​EIFL Open Access Programme Manager Iryna Kuchma will speak at the II International conference ‘Science 2.0 – Open Science – Digital Transformation in Scientific Research and Development’, which is a part of international ICT forum TIBO 2017 in Minsk.

Kuchma will address the conference about approaches to open research data management in Europe.

TIBO - the International Forum on Telecommunications, Information and Banking Technologies,  TIBO -  is organized by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus. The II International conference ‘Science 2.0 – Open Science – Digital Transformation in Scientific Research and Development’ is co-organized by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and State Committee on Science and Technology. The conference aims to produce a roadmap for digital transformation in the Republic of Belarus.
