OVERVIEW

EIFL has signed an agreement with JSTOR for discounted access to JSTOR’s collection of more than 67,000 high-quality backlist e-books from over 100 academic publishers from around the world, including university presses, public policy organizations, and independent presses.

This agreement allows institutions to use a portion of the fee contributed to keep in perpetuity the most used titles at the end of one year of unlimited access.

Each January, JSTOR will add more backlist titles to this e-book collection. The rolling copyright year is three years prior to the current year. For example, in January 2024, JSTOR will add 2021 titles for the publishers that are participating.

SUBJECT COVERAGE

Covers a broad range of subjects including anthropology, art & art history, education, business, economics, film studies, health sciences, history, language & literature, law, music, philosophy, political science, religion and sociology.
