To mark International Open Access Week, EIFL and the Serbian library consortium, KoBSON, have organized a webinar for Diamond Open Access publishers in Serbia and other countries in the Balkans and Central and Eastern Europe. The webinar will take place in Serbian. 

• Title and topics: Titled ‘Community Support, Open Infrastructure and Diamond Open Access, the webinar will discuss 
  • preliminary results of the DIAMAS survey on institutional publishing;
  • useful materials created within the DIAMAS project (best practices checklist and quality standards in scholarly publishing);
  • the importance of open infrastructure, free software and community support for the sustainability and development of Open Access publishing.
