Slides (in PDF format) of a presentation by Ramune Petuchovaite, EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) Manager, at the 3rd international Conference on Information Literacy (ICIL-Africa 2024), which took place from 14 - 17 October 2024 in Alexandria, Egypt, at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina conference centre. 

The ICIL-Africa 2024 theme was ‘Information Literacy Revolution: Get Ready’. The EIFL-PLIP presentation is based on a paper jointly written by Ramune Petuchovaite and Ugne Lipeikaite, EIFL-PLIP Impact Manager, titled ‘Gearing up Public Librarians for the ‘Digital Inclusion of All’ mission: EIFL case studies from Uganda and Ghana’. The presentation describes the implementation and impact of EIFL-PLIP digital inclusion projects in Uganda and Ghana, and concludes with recommendations for a model for public library digital inclusion programmes and projects in Africa.
