Teresa Hackett, EIFL Copyright and Libraries Programme Manager will briefly present EIFL’s new model provision on Secondary Publication Rights at the User Rights Symposium 2025: Principles for Progress in Digital Copyright that takes place in Geneva, Switzerland and online.

The Symposium and annual meeting of the Global Expert Network on Copyright User Rights is organized by American University’s Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property. 

It features participation by leading copyright academics from around the world who study copyright limitations and exceptions, and who will present their research and ideas that could inform work at WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). Participation is by application only.
