Mathematical Sciences Publishers (MSP) is a nonprofit based in Berkeley, California. 

MSP publishes scientific and research literature covering mathematics and other selected fields, publishing more than 17,000 pages each year. MSP publishes 17 journals, a book series of open-access conference proceedings, and Celebratio Mathematica, a celebration of mathematical lives and works.

In addition, MSP offers publishing services: superior journal, proceedings and website production and hosting services, as well as the software service, EditFlow, for managing the editorial workflows of research journals.
