Panellists Clinton Aigbavboa from the Journal of Construction Project Management and Innovation and Felix Mburu Njoroge from the East African Journal of Neurological Sciences (EAJNS) share their experiences of building editorial capacity through mentorship and discuss the impact of mentorship programmes on journals and editorial capacity.
