EIFL renews agreement with OpenAthens

EIFL has renewed an agreement with OpenAthens for a further three years until 31 December 2026. The agreement provides  discounted subscription rates for OpenAthens Lite, an  identity and access management solution that provides remote access to e-resources for users through single-sign on. 

OpenAthens Lite is a simpler version of the standard OpenAthens. This agreement includes the new version of OpenAthens Lite, called OpenAthens Connect, which will be launched in 2024.

Libraries in 36 EIFL partner countries are eligible to subscribe to this access management resource.
