ABOUT THE RESOURCE
In this video ( 8 min 16 sec) Ugne Lipeikaite, EIFL Public Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP) Impact Manager, explains how to define project results (outcomes and outputs) and the indicators that can be used to measure results of a library project, to assess whether the project is achieving its objectives. Ugne describes the differences between quantitative and qualitative indicators, and the different kinds of indicators to choose when measuring outcomes and outputs. The video includes the practical example of a real-life project implemented in Kenya, which used an e-learning programme to improve children's maths skills and help them overcome their fear of maths.
